Is registration free?
No, seller access to the platform costs CHF 5/month. And Stripe (the platform that allows you to receive your money) charges CHF 2% in commission.
Is there a limit to the number of products we can add?
What can you sell on our platform?
You can sell all your creations, items, and products that were created in Switzerland. To sell alcoholic beverages, you must have a patent. To sell baby items, your products must be inspected and meet standards.
Can I sell my products if I didn't make them in Switzerland?
This platform is exclusively for Swiss artisans, designers, and retailers. Your items/products must be made in Switzerland.
Can I manage my inventory alone?
By having an online store on our platform, you are in charge of managing your inventory and shipping your orders.
How does the remuneration system work?
Do I receive the money directly into my account after a sale?
No, Stripe holds the money for 7 days before sending it to your bank account.
Can I choose whether to send my package by post or to collect it on site?
No, you are responsible for sending each package.
Should I display my store address knowing that I am doing this at home?
No, when creating your profile you can choose whether or not to display your address.
Can I pause my store?
Yes, to do this you simply need to set your store to closed status and cancel your subscription.
Can I edit my item at any time?
Can I add options to my product (size, colors, etc.)?
Yes, you can add variants to your product.
I sell alcoholic beverages, can I be on your platform?

How are shipping costs handled? Can we deliver abroad?
It's up to you to set your shipping costs by creating a shipping table based on the weight of your items. You can ship to the following countries on our platform:

Yes, you are notified of each sale by email.
